Refund and return policy
If you are dissatisfied with the products you purchased on our website, we will be happy to refund the price you paid or send you another replacement product. If you wish to exchange the product purchased for a different model, please indicate the code number of the new model inside the package you are sending back together with the receipt of your online order (receipt). Please also include the telephone number where you can be reached during office hours and indicate any changes in address to which the shipment should be sent (if any).
We will accept the return of any item purchased on our website provided that:
– has not been altered or damaged in any way;
– the online order receipt (receipt) is included;
– is returned within 15 days of receiving the order.

Shipping in the event of a “return” will be at your expense.

We will provide a full refund or free replacement once we receive the damaged goods.
